Mitsubishi Repair: 1997 Eclipse head gasket removal problems, chiltons manuals, head gasket

How do you properly remove Left Engine Mount bolts to access and repair head gasket?  Bolts are too long to clear engine bracket currently.

At the risk of giving incomplete instructions and have someone hurt their car or themselves, I do not answer "How To" questions here.  But there are a number of service manuals in auto parts stores that you can get for you Eclipse that should explain this procedure.  Haynes and Chiltons manuals are the move common and available, but the factory service manual is the best.  There are also a number of web site forums you can check on to look for this information as well.  The ones that have helped me out are listed below:
