Mitsubishi Repair: 94 eclipse no spark coil2-3, ASD relay?, crank angle sensor, eclipse gs

Question
Rebuilt head on 94 eclipse gs, new timing gears belt. Now EVERYTHING is correct and functional: timing, plugs, wires, gas, coils, transistor, ecu, and anything else I may have left out. Problem is I get no spark from coils 2&3, Replaced all ignition items also, still same result. I think it may have something to do with the white signal b wire. Question is could this be something happening with the asd relay and the ecu creating no spark to coil pack B. If so how do i FIX THIS. Greatly APPRECIATE ANY HELP ON THIS.

Answer
Joby,
The coils are powered by the ASD Relay when the key is first turned on and the ECU is receiving a crank signal.  The ASD Relay will not activate without a crank signal.  So you may want to test the cam angle sensor/crank angle sensor.
Good luck!
