When i turn the steering wheel right, there is a Clicking sound. Also happens sometimes when im driving slowly. Its about 4 or 5 clicks while turning, then stops when i straighten it. Any suggestions as to what it could be, and about how much it'll cost to fix?

This sounds like you have a bad CV joint.  It's hard to estimate the cost on this because you may need to have one or both front axles replaced.  The CV joint is connected to the end of the axle, and typically it's less expensive to replace the entire axle assembly than just the cv joint.  The cost may be anywhere from $400-$800.  But have a mechanic inspect it to give you an estimate.
