Mitsubishi Repair: Engine will not start - no check engine light on, timing chain, fuel pump

I am having issues with mu 1997 3000 GT SL.  The engine is shutting off while running and no check engine light are shown.  Could it be the electrical shut off from the alarm?  If so, what can I do to fix it.

Tomas: I would still check the computer, your car is the right age for the bad computers so it could be the computer. But also I would check the fuel pump it could be needing replacement. How many miles on the car? It also could be the timing chain if you have ever replaced that, if over 60,000 miles. So some things to check. God bless: Linda
