Mitsubishi Repair: talon dash light woes, dash light, voltage meter

Hey guys I have 92 eagle talon 2.0 non turbo.and I'm having a wierd problem with my dash warning lights, when at idle the radiator,battery,brake lights are on once you start driving they start to flicker and the flicker speeds as the rpms do.at night when driving at the lights are on they hesd lights flicker mildly. The battery holds a charge and is new the alt output is 12 8. I'm a big fan of these cars and this is my third but I have never had this problem.help pleas. Jarrod. Thanx

Jarrod: Ain't a guy but let me give this a shot. I would say you have a short in that all those lights wires as they come into the dash, are rubbing together. The faster you go with the car, the wires moves and keep rubbing together. You will have to get a voltage meter, get a repair manual so a wire diagram as to understand where the wiring starts, how it come into the dash, then follow the wires till you find where things have gone wrong and then you will find your problem.
