Mitsubishi Repair: 1999 Mitsubishi Galant...not starting, mitsubishi galant v6, mitsubishi galant

I drive a 1999 Mitsubishi Galant V6. I haven't been able to start my car for the past 2 days. It is acting like it wants to start but it doesn't. I have brand new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, battery, and alternator so I'm kind of ruling those things out. When I try to start the car you can hear the fuel pump. We have put "Heet" in the tank to see if I had ice in the lines but it still won't start. It was -30 degrees here yesterday and the day before so I thought it was just the cold. I don't know what else to try. Help!

Corrie: How fast is the battery turning the car over? Is it fast or kind of slow? I would check the battery to see if it is putting out enough volts for the car to fire right. Also check to see if the cables are clean and tight against the battery. Putting heel in now will not open up the lines running to the engine till you get the car started. Could you get someone to jump your car to see if it might start then? I still think it is your battery, they are the first to go when it is so cold. So check that battery and see if that might be your problem. God bless: Linda
