Mitsubishi Repair: Changing light bulb on instrument panel, temperature gauge, local auto

The temperature gauge light bulb is not illuminating.  What is best approach to accessing, removing and replacing the light bulb.

You can check your local auto parts store to see if they carry a service manual for your car.  On older vehicles, it's not too difficult to remove the parts of the instrument cluster to access the lights.  Though on newer vehicles, this could be more difficult so check to see if you can find a service manual.
