Mitsubishi Repair: horn does not work, montero sport, water rocks

Question
I bought a 1998 montero sport and the horn was working when i bought it and then i went to use it and i did not work my mom said it might be the fuse  but I had it look at and they said that the fuse was fine that there was nothing wrong with it but it does not work is there some way to fix it? Is there some were else I should look? I was reading another question on here and they said that they could hear a click-like sound coming form the area of the relay switches but I do not what should I do?

There may be a problem with the horn unit itself.  These are usually located near the front of the car and over time can be damaged from water, rocks, and anything else that can get kicked up from the road.  I would recommend having a mechanic inspect horn and replace if necessary.  They are usually inexpensive and easy to check.
