Question
Hi, I went to work as I do everyday. Only today I came out to find my horn going off and my headlights were on.  I turned the headlights off when I got out of my car.  I disconnected the battery and the horn and lights went off.  When I reconnected the battery the horn and the lights came back on.  I am not sure what to do at this point.  Can you tell me what would cause this to happen and what I can do to fix it.  Would it be ok just to take the fuse for the horn out?  If so where would I find it?

Answer
Teneya,
There may be a short circuit in your relay box that is causing your horn and lights to stay on.  The fuses for those items may also be under the steering column inside the car, or in the fuse box under the hood near the battery.  Either way, you should have mechanic inspect your electrical system to be safe.
Good luck!
