Mitsubishi Repair: Fan & Radiator problems, radiator problems, fan radiator

Recently, my 2002 Eclipse RS fan quit working, to which we determined that the power supply had gone bad (after replacing a fuse and a fan relay).  We replaced this and now our fan will not stop running.  It runs even when the engine is cold.  What could be the problem here?

This sounds like something may have been wired improperly, grounded improperly, or perhaps the wrong relay being used.  You should also look to see if you A/C switch is turned on.  If the A/C is on, the fan may run continuously.  Else, be sure the wiring, grounding, and relay are the installed properly.
