Mitsubishi Repair: brake sticks, fluid leak, brake dust

my driver side brake is sticking, when I take my foot off the brake pedal the brake does not release, sometimes it sticks until I give it gas and then it jerks loose

This sounds like a problem with the caliper.  This could have been caused by excessive brake dust or a fluid leak due a to a bad seal.  Have a mechanic inspect your caliper to see if the piston in it moves freely.  If it doesn't, have the caliper replaced or rebuilt.
