Mitsubishi Repair: Blinker, blinkers, safe driving

I have bought a 2003 Eclipse and noticed that the blinkers blink at the right rate, then after 4 blinks or so it speeds up like when a bulb is burnt, but all bulbs are good. The car has aftermarket lights, could it be possible that the bulbs are a wrong rating or do you have a better idea? please help, dont feel safe driving like that.

If the bulbs are the wrong rating, type, or starting to burn out, you will experience the varying blink speeds.  Bulbs are pretty cheap, and you may have luck simply replacing those aftermarket bulbs with the standard type of bulbs as recommended by the manufacturer.
