My car is a 1992 Mitsubishi Diamante V6 3.0 SOHC automatic.
To cut it short .. I took out the battery to see if it needed to be charged .. it didn't and I put it back in, then the speakers got messed up like sound wise, not hearable. Plus the head lights either don't turn on after a couple tries .. or turn on and don't turn off .. even after switch is off and key is out. I disconnected the battery again and put it back and still the same.

If there is an improper grounding or faulty relay, this can cause your problems.  Make sure the battery cable contacts are clean and securely attached to the proper terminals.  You may want to have a mechanic inspect the charging system of the car and inspect the steering column multi-switch.
