Mitsubishi Repair: 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL, mitsubishi 3000gt, turn hole

I have a 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL and after locking the glove compartment, I have used the key to put the turn hole in the unlocked position and it still won't open! What can I do?

Cedric: I would say you might try to get some WD40, shoot that into where the key goes and let it work for a bit. Then see if you can put the key in and turn the lock then unlock position.  Another thought is to try to use a charge card, and slide it in there the locking part goes to see if you might be able to push it down and so the glove box would open.If that will not work, you will have to get yourself a repair manual for your car, as that would explain how to take the dash apart as to get the glove box out, or how the lock works.
