Mitsubishi Repair: 93 Mitsubishi eclipse turbo standard, mitsubishi eclipse, many different ways

occasionally stalls at stop lights and wont restart without getting a jump. when jumped it fires right up.
also i heard a click/ticking sound coming from near the passengers front seat that lasted for approximately  20 seconds, but not long enough to locate its source or cause.

Fay: That sound you hear is the computer, your car is the right year for the bad computers. So you need to get it coded to see what the computer says is going on. Got an AntoZone close by, they will code the car for free. Other wise get the computer checked someplace, as the computer controls everything in that car with the help a of a lot of sensors through out the engine. Still being the car is a 93 model it most likely has one of those bad computers. Mitsubishi company farmed out the building of their computers to another company which did not build very good ones, a piece in the computer will start to leak inside the computer and with time it kills off the computer. This shows up in many different ways but one of them is just what your car is doing, you need to get this fixed other wise there will come a time when the car will not start at all.
