Mitsubishi Repair: Petrol Consumption, mitsubishi starwagon, oxygen sensor

I have a Mitsubishi Starwagon, 1992, 2.0 , auto. My petrol consumption has dramatically dropped and I was wondering if you would know what the problem may be.

Typically, if you are using a lot fuel, that means you may have a faulty oxygen sensor.  If you are not using a lot of fuel, that could mean you have a clogged fuel filter or weak fuel pump.  Have your local mechanic inspect your fuel system.
