Mitsubishi Repair: ECLIPSE 95 TRANSMISION PROBLEM, electrical connection, bumper to bumper

I have 95 eclipse i took out transmission and replaced it with ones that came out of a 95 that was working at the time in the other car before we replaced it in the 95.the car change gear in high speed But,when the car go bumper to bumper,it goes into 2nd gear in this car it wont come out of 2nd gear until we turn the motor off and start it again but it stays in 2nd gear

This can be caused by a bad transmission computer (TCU).  It may also be caused by a bad electrical connection or crimped wiring harness.  Check the TCU and wiring for the transmission.  You may just have to reseat connector or replace the TCU.
