I need to replace an oxygen sensor for Bank 2 Sensor 1. I know that the sensor is upstream from the cat, but since the engine is transverse mounted, is Bank 2 towards the front or back of the car?

Cindy: If you are going to work on your own car, then you need to buy yourself a repair manual for your car. Most parts stores sell them and they cost around $20.00. In that manual it would walk you through there the sensors are, how to get at them and what tools you would need to take them out. I believe one is in the front of the engine and one in back. But again that manual would show you where they are and how to change them. God bless: Linda
