Mitsubishi Repair: 2006 galant dome light, flat screwdriver, older cars

Question
I need to replace the bulb in the dome light and gaining access to the light isn't obvious. Does the fixture pull down,  use a flat screwdriver to pry the lens down? Any advice?

Monly: Not sure myself, but try a screwdriver and see what happens. But heck this is a pretty new car, why not call the dealership and see what they tell you. Look in the car book that came with the car it should tell you something this easy. Wish I could help you more but I mostly work on older cars. God bless: Linda
