Mitsubishi Repair: Manual system for closing window on Plymouth Colt, plymouth colt, garage tools

Question
Resolved the battery problem.  Got home. Started to close my left passenger window.  Heard a pop.  Now, I can't close my window and window later sunk into door.

I need a new mechanism to close one window.  As I shop, how much should I expect to spend on something like this.

Thank you,
Martin Z.

Answer
Martin: Go out to a parts store and buy yourself a repair manual for your car. They cost around $20.00. All that has happen is the window has come off the track. You could with that repair manual fix this yourself. If you don't have a garage, tools or really want to do this. Then have a shop, I wish I could help you with an idea on the cost but the problem is every area is different in what they charge. So you will have to get a phone, sit down and call around till you find the shop you want to do your car. What will happen is they will take the door panel off, put the window back on the track, make sure it goes up and down. Put the door panel back on and you will again have a working window.
