Mitsubishi Repair: 1992 Mishubisihi Expo, transmission fluid, expo

Question
After putting quart of transmission fluid in auto tran, will just sit there without going until engine slows down enough, then it will catch.  Resolution?

Win:You need to replace the fluid, filter and add some condtioner to the transmission. Have you ever done this on that car? What color it the fluid in the transmission when you check it? Does the car shift ok, once the fluid going in? You know you check that with the engine running, the engine is at running temp. Still take the car to a shop, get that fluid replaced, filter changed and then add some transmission conditioner to the transmission tell the shop to do this. And that should fix your problem.
