Mitsubishi Repair: Mitsubishi ignition is locked up, new keys, shoulder straps

Question
I have a 1991 Galant and the key will not turn in the ignition, I've tried to move
the steering wheel while trying to turn the key, I've flipped the key over and it
still will not budge. Also my seatbelt shoulder straps will not slide into position
when the door is shut.

Tim: You need to go to a parts store and buy a repair manual for your car, it will then walk you through repairing the ingnition switch, as I think you will most likely have broke something in the ignition switch and will have to remove it then put in a new one with new keys too. Or you could get a locksmith come to do this but that will be costly. There the repair manual will cost around $20.00. It should also help you check things for those seatbelt shoulder straps too.
