Mitsubishi Repair: rvr, derik, clutches

my new rvr has been in the trany shop for a month now and is still not fix it is
stuck in second gear the computer was changed and still nothing help please

Derik: If the computer was changed and still the transmission will not shift, you either need to rebuild the one in the car or replace it with another transmission. Because it sounds like something has broken in the transmission or you burnt up one of the clutches in the transmission either way, it can not be fixed unless it is rebuilt or replaced. Sorry but sometimes that is all is left with these transmission once they get stuck. I hope before you replaced the computer you coded it as to find out what it was saying was wrong with the transmission. God bless: Linda
