Mitsubishi Repair: 02 Mitsubishi Lancer break light problem, dim level, mitsubishi lancer

Hi, Linda. I have an '02 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally. I just had the front bumper worked on and brought it back home. Now when I turn the lights on, the 2 tail lights shine. As soon as I turn on the ignition, not only do the tail lights shine, but also the spoiler break light but at a dim level. When I hit the breaks, only the spoiler break light shines brighter, but the 2 tail lights stay dim. Any advice on how to fix this?

Mark: Whoever did the work on the bumper did not rehook the wiring up right for the lights. You paid them good money to fix that bumper but when you took the car to their shop everything worked ok, with the lights. So you need to take the car back to them and get them to fix everything as it should. Because I have no idea what they did, they could have got mixed up on how the wires went together, they might not have hooked wires up or they might have messed with the ground. I just don't know, so take the car back to them, explain what is going on and get them to fix the car right. I hope this helps and God bless: Linda
