Mitsubishi Repair: Electrical Problem, battery cables, fusible links

Question
Car not driven for 6 months. Battery had very little power. Replaced battery and have no power at all. Completely dead. Is it a master fuse or relay or what? What fix do you recommend?

Answer
Jerry,
It's possible the ground wire is not well secured to the car or is corroded.  Check both the ground and positive battery cables.  Also be sure the battery is orientated properly.  There are fusible links near the battery and you can check those easy enough.  If you have a voltmeter, you can check the continuity yourself.  Else, if you cannot find the problem yourself, have the car brought to mechanic for further diagnosis.
Good luck!
