Answer
Rigo,
If this is one of those cold air intakes that replaces the stock air filter housing, intake tube, and filter, it can initially cause these issues.  When your car is first started up, your car's computer bypasses some of the intake regulators as a normal process.  But when the engine reaches normal operating temperature, your computer wants to regulate and stabilize the idle speed to around 750-1000 rpm (depending on auto or manual transmission).  With a new intake that lets in a lot more air, your car's computer is confused by the larger amount of air entering the engine and is trying to regulate it based upon what's its learned from your previous driving style.  It's also possible there is a loose connection and excess air is leaking in.

Check all your connection for possible leaks.  You may even want to try disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes to reset the computer.  Then, you reconnect it an begin driving, the computer will re-learn your driving style and air intake volume.  But if that doesn't help, you may want to have your fuel system checked and throttle body cleaned properly.  Replacing you fuel filter is a good start.
Good luck!
