Mitsubishi Repair: blinker, turn signal switch, left turn signal

Question
my blinkers wont work on my 2002 mitsubishi eclise i checked all the fuses and there fine when you signal to turn nothing happens

Answer
The eclipse uses a signal from the turn signal switch to the ETACS-ECU, which has two relays one for left and one for right. If neither are working check the #8 fuse (10A) and ensure it has power on both sides. Also verify that your hazard switch is not switched on, which would disable turn signals. If this doesn't fix it, you will need to see whether the ETACS-ECU (located in front of the junction box-it houses the right and left turn signal relays)is seeing a signal from the column switch on either wire. Check the first two and then we can tackle the power/wiring issues-you'll need a multi-meter or test light).
