Check engine light came and when turned key to AC, got nine beeps, what am I looking for problem wise?

Jann: Take your car to a shop and have them code it. That will kick out the code and so what needs to be replaced. As the computer in your car, has kicked on that light because it is has found a problem in the system. As are is all kinds of sensors through out the engine in your car and so it will have to be coded to know which one is bad. Hope this helps and God bless: Linda
