Mitsubishi Repair: car squeals and dies if not let warm up, alternator problem, alternator belt

Question
hi,

ok so i drive a 1995 eagle talon tsi, my belts squeals when i start my car doesnt matter if it is cold or hot outside. when its hot it will squeal for like 5 secs after i start the car then stop, but if its cold and i start my car there is a loud squeal and it would stop but if i press the power window switches the car will squeal and if i turn the lights on the car will squeal. also along with the squeals if i dont let it warm up for like about 10 to 15 minutes and drive it it will die will the car is moving and i would have to restart the car.
i have already change the power steering belt and the alternator belt and the AC belt the timing belt is new as well.

Answer
It sounds like the noise is load dependent. That makes it an alternator problem or a loose belt to the alternator. If the alternator is put under a load (such as your window or when colder), the alternator works harder and the belt is much more likely to slip. I would tighten up the belt properly. Your battery can also be bad, making for a harder working alternator as well. This would also explain the stall, as the idle motor needs to relearn the base idle and decel positions when the battery voltage drops too low.  Also clean your thottlebody and throttle plates of any accumulation using brake-clean. That may help the idle as well.
