Mitsubishi Repair: 02 Galant, fuel pump relay, fuse panel

Question
i have an 02 gallant i took the big black box out of the fuse panel box under the hood( i think its a fuel pump relay)i forgot to put it back in then started turning the car over it started for a sec but then died i then realized the relay was out so i put it back in now it wont start at all and my fuel pump is only getting 4-6 volts while cranking and is not pumping.

Answer
If you simply removed the two relays and reinstalled it, you couldn't really hurt it. I would start at the fuel pump fuse and verify battery voltage while cranking. If it is good there, then follow the wire towards the pump (thru the two relays) until you find the voltage drop. If the fuse doesn't have battery voltage while cranking, then follow the wiring back towards the battery.
