Mitsubishi Repair: 1989 MITSUBISHI NIMBUS RADIO WIRING DIAGRAM, mitsubishi nimbus, radio wiring

HI,I AM INSTALLING A NEW RADIO CD AND CANNOT DETERMINE THE CORRECT WIRES. THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A MANUAL FOR THIS CAR ANYWHERE. CAN YOU ASSIST?.

Sorry Terry, I don't have any non-us vehicle information in my data, and thus cannot ensure you would be getting correct information. Looking at other US Mitsubishis, there isn't a solid standard to their wiring colors. It wouldn't be too hard to identify the non-speaker wires though. There should be one with power at all times (memory), one that has power with the acc or ignition on, a ground wire and one that has power with the lights on (dimmer control). The others should be speakers and USUALLY have 8 wires (4 pairs each pair goes to a single speaker and are a seperate color with one wire of the pair having a black stripe). Hope that helps.
