I have a 95 eclipse GST, I suspect it has a bad ECM but what are the most common symptoms of a bad ECM

Alan: Good question, being the computer controls everything in the engine. If the car is running poorly, can't be fixed with a good tune up or anything else. I would say the computer is the problem. But did you have the computer tested? In that you take your car to a shop, they hook your car's computer to their inshop computer; and a read out is kicked out. That way they and you know what the computer is doing and how it is thinking? Have you tried that? That way you can be sure. Hope this helps and God bless: Linda
