Mitsubishi Repair: no spark, plymouth lazer, coil pack


Question
I have a 1990 plymouth lazer with a stock 4g63. After I did the timming, sometimes the car wouldnt start untill 4-5 cranks. Then after two days i turned the car off, and it never started again. I replaced the coil pack since there was spark and still Im gettin no spark. I cant figure out whats wrong with it. Any help would be greatfull. Thx

Max,
You may have a problem with your cam angle sensor.  Services manuals that are available should instruct you how to diagnose that sensor.  It's also possible your car's computer may be faulty.  Check this page for more information:

If your ECU is malfunctioning, it can cause starting and stalling problems.  Have your ECU inspected for damage.
