Mitsubishi Repair: PROBLEM WITH MY ECLIPSE, valve cover gasket, worn piston rings

WHEN I CHANGED MY SPARK PLUGS, THERE WAS OIL ON THE SPARK PLUGS.

The common cause of this is a leaky valve cover gasket and spark plug well seals.  This is fairly easy and inexpensive to replace.  Though if proper replacement of the valve cover gasket does not solve the problem, this may indicate a warped head gasket or worn piston rings.
