My Eclipse comes stalls when I am coming to a stop or am slowing down and engage my clutch my car stalls, I've also noticed that when it does this and while I'm driving the lights will dim a little and then get brighter I do not know if this is in relation to this problem. Any help would be appreciated this problem has been driving me crazy.

From your initial description, I would recommend you have your alternator and battery load tested.  Many major auto parts stores can do this for free; AutoZone, Advanced Auto Parts, PepBoys, etc.  Stalling can be caused by many things, but have the alternator and battery checked first to see if you can rule those out since they are common causes for your problem.
