Mitsubishi Repair: wont start, eclipse gs, intake components

i have a 1995 eclipse gs, i checked the fuses, pump relays, sometimes it starts i checked that when it starts it displays the check engine and other warning lights like it's supposed to, but when it fails the check engine does not come on, and the fuel pump doesn't come on. therefore, i cant turn the car on. could it be the computer?

Your problems may be the result of a bad computer.  Many slightly older Mitsubishis were prone to ECU failure over time.  You can read this article for further information:

Pull your ECU and inspect it for damage.  If the computer appears fine, and you're still having starting issues, you should have the car brought to a mechanic to inspect all the ignition, fuel, and intake components.
