Mitsubishi Repair: 3000GT Idling Problems..., ohm range, vacuum leak

Question
Ok, I am back.  I talked to you back in November about this:

http://en.allexperts.com/q/Mitsubishi-Repair-824/93-3000GT-SL-Starting.htm

I think I have done away with the Click-starting fix, but the idling has not changed and it needs attention.  I have done the following things to the car to get it to where it is now:

That (I think) solved the click starting because it no longer does this.  However, I am still stumped on the idle.  This guy had a real in depth look at the Idle Speed Controller on these cars:

http://stealth316.com/2-isc-iac.htm

I took mine out, cleaned it (for what I could) and did the check on the resistance on the 4 different coils as it said and all of my readings were in the 30 + or - .5 range, except for the connection on the #2 and #3 pins, they read in the 21~ ohm range.

My question to you, after all of this page hopping, is, do you think this could be the thing wrong with my idle. I am pretty much out of ideas.

The car now has 146,000 miles, just changed the oil.  I have not looked in to anything fuel related, if that could be a possibility.  I have also checked for the busted ECU:

and that was not the problem.  I even swapped the computer out of my car, in to an identical one of a friends, his car didn't change, neither did mine.  You also mentioned having the computer "coded".  Will anything show up even if the check engine light is not on?

But I am hoping that you have some more insight to my problem.  Thanks again.

The last one had the wrong email! Sorry

Answer
Corey: My repair manual says this about idling problems number one problem would be vacuum leak, those are often hard to find but once fixed. Seem to fix a lot of problem in an engine. Other things on the list... leaking EGR valve, bad stark plugs, stark plug wires bad, distributor cap carbon tracked, air filter clogged, fuel pump not delivering enough fuel to the fuel injection system, leaking head gasket, timing belt and/or pulleys worn, camshaft lobes worn. So here is somemore things to check. I hope one of them helps you and good luck! Linda
