Mitsubishi Repair: secondary air injection solenoid, air injection, catalytic converter

Hello I have a 95 Eclipse and it starts fine but after a few seconds the idle goes up and back down.I have scan tool it gave a secondary air injection solenoid code 51.Where is that part located at on car and whats it look like the Mitsubishi mech here in Hawaii don't know or won't help me.I could fix it if I knew where it was.

Kanale: I checked all my books and could not really find out where it is. I am sorry but it does have something to do with the catalytic converter, in that it injects large amounts of heat into the catalytic so that it heats up faster. I would think it is unfair that the Mitsubish mech won't help you, what if you wanted it replaced in that shop? He would have to know how to do it. Again I wish I could help you more but I checked all my manuals, even checked up on line. The only thing I found out is what I wrote to you. Maybe it will help you some. I can hope.
