where is the relay for the fuel pump located on a 94 stealth non-turbo/

I'm not sure if there is a specific relay for the fuel pump.  It may just piggyback off the ignition relay.  There is no shut off valve for the pump.  But if you want to disable the fuel pump so you can do some work on the fuel system, you can simply remove the connector harness from the fuel pump.  The pump and harness should be located in the trunk.  If you cannot find the connector in the trunk, it may be directly under the rear seats.
