Mitsubishi Repair: Wont idle in park., ac compressor, warning lights

My 2000 Eclipse will not idle in park with the ac on. The engine just stalls out.There are no warning lights showing on my dash.

Tom: So the car will idle just fine without the ac being on? It just stalls when you turn on the ac or try to run it. I hope I am getting this right. Anyway I would be checking the ac compressor as it does pull a lot of power off the car to keep the air on. So it could be bad. I would also check the water pump too, could be when the compressor kicks on the water pump is weak and can not keep up. Should check your belt to make sure it is not loose, bad or slipping too.
