Mitsubishi Repair: 97 Eclipse, valve cover gasket, oil leak

I have a 1997 Eclipse RS with 117,500 and i have an oil leak. I think its coming from the valve cover gasket or cam seals i would like to know how to replace these. Thank you, Aaron

Aaron: You will have to go out and buy a repair manual for your car, Haynes is a good one as it will walk you through what you need to do. Explain everything to you with pictures even. I can not write down everything you would need to know here; with the repair manual if you ran into a problem. It would help you there too. Most parts stores have them for around $20.00. I would say though that it is most likely your valve cover gaskets and they are not very hard to do. Unless you have a mini-van. Hope this helps and good luck! Linda
