Mitsubishi Repair: dash idiot light, advanced auto parts, coolant level

hello i have a 90 eclipse turbo gs which had a miss took it to a shop they told me i had to replace the computer which i did and still had miss took it to another shop and found out it was the injector relay which i could not find at a store found one on a 2nd gen in a junk yard now there is no miss but my taillight fuse keeps blowing out a idiot light comes on its next to the check engine light it looks like a carousel best that i can describe i dont have an owners manuel and the book i got at the store does not list these lights please help thank you

I believe the dash light you are referring to is the 'low coolant' light.  When the fluid level in the overflow tank is too low, this light comes on.  There is a sensor at the bottom of the overflow bottle.  If your coolant level is fine, you may want to pull the sensor and test it.  I cannot explain what that would have to do with the injector relay, taillight fuse or the coolant bottle, but have the sensor checked.

Another possibility is that your alternator is malfunctioning.  Many different idiot lights on the dash will begin to illuminate when the alternator starts to show problems.  Have your alternator loaded tested.  Auto parts stores like AutoZone and Advanced Auto Parts usually offer free load testing for batteries and alternators.  Have both your battery and alternator tested.
