my friend told me that her mitsubishi galant 1996 car smells like gas alot she said to me that at times it does turns on and at times it doesn't turn on but when it does thats when it starts to smell like gas i hope u couls help my friend.

Mikey: Your friend needs to get that car into a shop and get that checked out. Before she has a fire. She must have a gas leak someplace, for me to guess well it could be just about anywhere. But if that fuel is getting up on something hot, it could causes a fire. So please tell her to get her car into a shop and not put this off. Her life is worth more then that!
