Mitsubishi Repair: Autom. Transmission Wont Shift, mechanic seals, eclipse gst

Hello, after 3 days that i bought this 96 eclipse gst, while driving the gears started to slip, it started licking the transmiss. fluid until it was drained completely, took it to the mechanic, seals were fixed new fluid was in, but it still wont shift, it stays on 1st gear unless you over rev it to 6000 rpm., any ideas? sensor, ecu? thank you.
