Mitsubishi Repair: Cams/Timing, cam gears, eclipse gs

I have a 94 eclipse gs. the cams and i cant quite get it to turn over when trying to start it, it really wants to start but cant quite make it. I know its the cams and cam gears that need replacing but where can I get them cheap and what is the easiest way to complete timing?

Brad: How do you know for sure that is it is the cams or the cam gears that are causing your problems? It all could be caused by a weak or bad sensor and or the computer in the car. You know if you go cheap on a part it will not last as long and sometime sooner than later you will be replacing a lot more of that engine. But if you are sure it is the cams and the cam gears. Try a junk yard, you can always get used parts out there and for a good cost too. Hope this helps and good luck!
