Mitsubishi Repair: Transmission?, clutch plate, flywheel

In my 93 Eclipse 1.8, Manual whenever I shift it grinds going into gear or it doesn't want to go into gear.  Sometimes it's hard to take out of gear, it started to happen about 6 months after the clutch was replaced. What could it be and would it be hard to fix?

This can happen if the clutch plate was misaligned with the flywheel, or if the throw-out bearing was not replaced and/or failed.  Unless you have experience replacing a clutch, this would be a job for a mechanic.  It's labor intensive, so the cost would be based on the labor rate for the garage.  The cost would probably be in the range of $250-$600.
