Mitsubishi Repair: No Spark, No Fire, autozone, timing belt

Question
I have repalced the Ignition Coil and Distributor in my 1992 Diamante and I still get no spark. Can you also tell me if it has anything to do with the factory installed alarm? Because one morning I went out to start the car-- It started, then shut off, then I went to open the hood and tried again and it started. I'm very confused. Thank you.

Answer
Charles: Have you had your car coded? Could be the computer is bad or weak. Got an AutoZone close, they will code your car for free. Don't think the alarm has anything to do with it. I think it is the computer or a sensor/sensors. Hope this helps and good luck!

I got to thinking your timing belt could be bad or broken. So you should have that checked.
