Mitsubishi Repair: rear window, mitsubishi spyder, power window switch

Question
I have a 1998 Mitsubishi Spyder with a 2.4 liter engine. The passenger side rear window will not go up or down. My husband feels it is probably a switch. Thank you for any assistance.

Answer
Deanna,
The switch can be removed and relatively easily tested to see if it's working properly.  There are inexpensive service manuals that can be bought at most auto stores to help with the procedure to remove the power window switch.  The problem could also be in the window regulator motor.  That too should be inspected and replaced if necessary.
Good luck!
