Mitsubishi Repair: Transmission filter, mitsubishi mirage, transmission filter

2002 Mitsubishi Mirage 1.5 L Automatic -- I am trying to change the transmission fluid on my auto... Where in the world can I find the transmission filter? I took off every possible screw and no luck... :)

I believe you need to remove the transmission oil pan to gain access to the transmission filter.  If you want to replace that filter yourself, I would recommend buying a new filter from the dealership.  And if you do purchase the filter from the dealership, you can ask for tips on how to install it and the gasket you need to when reattaching the pan.
