Mitsubishi Repair: P0300 Random/Multiple Misfire, mitsubishi lancer evo 8, lancer evo 8

Question
I have a '03 mitsubishi lancer evo 8.  The service engine light is on and it throughs a random misfire code.  Spark Plugs have been changed, and the wires, vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator also.  The PCM have been reflashed.  All work was done by a Mitsubishi dealorship, whom couldn't figure out the problem.  I took it to a separate shop and his final conclusion was all systems are working fine, working just like the computer is telling it to.  So he doesn't know the answer either.  I also did a fuel injection system cleaning.  If all systems are working fine, what could be the problem?  I personally think its the ECU itself.  Your thoughts?  Thank you.

Answer
Try resetting the computer yourself by leaving disconnected from battery for at least 30 min! Then see if it comes on! You might want to buy a OBD2 reader from auto zone to troobleshoot your codes and see exactlly what your computer is saying!!! But if your not feeling the missfire/miss or hearing it then it could be the ECU itself..But try resetting it your self see if it goes off! Sometimes the dealerships can be a CROOKED CROCK!

Good Luck!
